I am an elementary educator dedicated to fostering a positive and engaging start to school for young learners. I prioritize creating a collaborative learning environment where families are actively involved, sharing our goals and the strategies we use in 1st and 2nd grade. I am passionate about nurturing the natural curiosity and developmental growth of children at this pivotal stage, inspiring them to explore and discover the world around them. Committed to personal and professional growth, I continually strive to enhance my skills and become the best educator and individual I can be.

I have volunteered at the University of Arizona’s Center for Recruitment and Retention of Mathematics Teachers (CRR), actively participating in and presenting at the IMPACTS Program. This initiative is dedicated to enhancing teacher confidence and capability in K-8 mathematics while fostering opportunities for teacher leadership. My involvement focuses on supporting professional growth and empowering educators to excel in their roles.
